Peer Reviewer Profile: Certification and Licensure

In this section, peer reviewers enter information regarding their certifications and licensures.

Certification and Licensure section page

Add a Certification or Licensure Record

  1. Click the “Add Row” button.
  2. Complete the fields on the edit screen.
    • If you have a certification or license from a national entity, please select the state where the organization’s headquarters is located. If that is unknown, you may select the state where you live.
  3. Choose one of the options at the bottom of the screen to save your work:
    • “Save as Draft” will return you to the section page, and the draft record will be highlighted in yellow. Note that you need to return to the draft record and enter any missing information in order to mark the section as completed.
    • “Save” will return you to the section page.
    • “Save & Continue” will bring you to the next section of the profile. If you have not saved any records as drafts, the Certification and Licensure section will be marked as completed.

Edit a Certification or Licensure Record

  1. Click the pencil icon next to an existing record to edit it. After updating the information, click “Save as Draft” or “Save” to return to the Certification and Licensure section page. The edited record will be highlighted in pink in the certification and licensure list.
  2. Update the certification or licensure information.
    • If you have a certification or license from a national entity, please select the state where the organization’s headquarters is located. If that is unknown, you may select the state where you live.
  3. Choose one of the options at the bottom of the screen to save your work:
    • “Save as Draft” will return you to the section page, and the draft record will be highlighted in yellow. Note that you need to return to the draft record and enter any missing information in order to mark the section as completed.
    • “Save” will return you to the section page. The edited record will be highlighted in pink.
    • “Save & Continue” will bring you to the next section of the profile. If you have not saved any records as drafts, the Certification and Licensure section will be marked as completed.

Delete a Certification or Licensure Record

Click the trash can icon next to an existing record to delete it. It will remain on the list but will be highlighted in red. The record will be deleted when you submit your completed profile.

Mark Certification and Licensure Section Completed

Click “Save & Continue” when you are finished adding or editing your last record, or click the “Mark Completed” button at the bottom of the section page (do this if you do not have any certifications or licensures to report).
