Call for Proposals
The 2022 HLC Annual Conference Call for Proposals is now open! The 2022 Annual Conference will be held April 1–5 under the theme "Evolving Together." Submitters are invited to review the Proposal Submission Guide to learn more about the submission process, conference tracks and other important information.
Conference Format
Due to the success and expanded access of its 2021 conference, HLC is planning a hybrid conference with both in-person and online elements. Within the submission system, submitters will have the option to select the modality through which they plan to present, if accepted.
Selected presenters will be notified in December. Submitters should refrain from registering for the conference until receiving notification about their proposal, as presenters who opt for live, in-person presentations or the blended approach are eligible for a discounted registration fee for the General Program.
Conference Theme and Tracks
As those in higher education develop, modify and advance their practices in an increasingly dynamic environment, what ideas might be shared across institutions and communities to elevate practices and ensure quality in a climate of rapid change? HLC is now accepting proposals under the theme "Evolving Together" that respond to this question, relating to the following four tracks:- Teaching, Learning and Student Success in a Changing Environment
- Living Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Innovation and Leadership
- Commitment to Quality Education
Proposal submitters will be asked to select the track to which their presentation most closely aligns. A list of the tracks and related topics is provided in the Proposal Submission Guide.
