My Tasks
Institutional contacts and peer reviewers occasionally have tasks they are required to completed in Canopy. Current and completed tasks can be found in the “My Tasks” section on the institution and peer reviewer homepages after logging into the system.

Note: The items displayed in the My Tasks section are specific to the role you are logged in as in Canopy. If you have multiple roles in Canopy, you can switch roles by clicking your name in the top right corner of the screen (see instructions).
Current Tasks
By default, the My Tasks section displays current tasks that are in-process or need to be completed. These tasks may be assigned by HLC or may be created when a user starts a survey or form in the system.

Click on the task name to open the related survey or form.

Tasks required by HLC include the Institutional Update for institutions and Annual Statement of Commitment for peer reviewers. These tasks will be automatically available in the My Tasks section when the related form or survey is published in Canopy. Required tasks will also provide a due date for completion.

Other tasks may be created when a user starts a survey or form, such as the Contact Update for institutions or the Peer Reviewer Profile for peer reviewers. These tasks do not have a due date, but they will remain in the My Tasks section until they are completed.

Completed Tasks
The completed section informs users of past surveys and forms that have been completed and submitted to HLC.
To view completed tasks, click “Completed” in the top right corner of the My Tasks section.
