The Higher Learning Commission’s Board of Trustees took the following actions on April 16, 2020.

Missouri

Rockhurst University, Reaffirmed the Board’s February 2020 approval of the institution’s application for a Change of Control, Structure or Organization, wherein the institution acquires certain assets of Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences, with Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences ceasing to be an independently accredited institution and to henceforth be known and operated as an additional location of Rockhurst University.

Ohio

Wilberforce University, Extended Probation.
