HLC member institutions display the Mark of Accreditation Status on their websites as part of HLC’s Obligations of Membership. Institutions install the Mark on their websites using HTML code provided by HLC.  

We are currently working to improve the accessibility of the Mark and ensure that it works correctly with screen readers. These changes will require institutions to update the HTML code that displays the Mark on their websites. We will notify Accreditation Liaison Officers when the new code is available.
