Higher Learning 2025 is just a few months away! We’re excited to see you in Chicago April 5–8. Now is the time to secure your spot and receive the best rate on registration, book your hotel accommodations, and start thinking about which of the more than 200 sessions you might be interested in attending.
Full Program Now Available
The sessions slated for the Higher Learning 2025 General Program and pre-conference programs are now available online.
Not sure where to start? You can browse the full program by presentation type, track, or presenter, or use the universal search feature to find specific topics of interest.
We’ve also introduced new navigation features to make it easier to find what’s relevant to your role in higher ed. Use the filter bar on each day’s schedule to filter the General Program schedule by track and presentation type. Look for the icons or the tracks on each session to easily identify HLC presentations, sessions for first time attendees, networking opportunities and more.
The Higher Learning 2025 mobile app will become available to registered attendees in March. You’ll be able to log in to the website and mobile app to build your schedule, access presentation slides and more.
Featured Presentations
In case you missed it, we announced the conference featured speakers and presentations in December. During the General Program, higher ed experts will lead sessions on change leadership, strategic enrollment management, generative AI, and more, as well as a workshop on facilitating difficult conversations.
HLC and Revised Criteria for Accreditation Presentations
We’re offering several sessions related to the revised Criteria for Accreditation for institutional representatives and peer reviewers throughout the conference.
In sessions that expand on our recorded walkthroughs of each Criterion, you’ll hear from HLC staff liaisons and experienced peer reviewers and can ask questions about the changes.
Separately, there will be three sessions dedicated to colleague conversations on the new Criteria. Join these conversations, facilitated by peer reviewers, to explore what the new Criteria mean in the context of your institution and what evidence you might use for a comprehensive evaluation.
In addition to sessions on the Criteria for Accreditation, HLC staff will lead a variety of presentations on accreditation topics including substantive change, federal compliance, microcredentials, the Assurance System moving to Canopy, HLC’s next strategic plan and more.
Don’t Miss Early Bird Rates!
Don’t miss your opportunity to get the lowest price on conference registration! The last day to receive early bird rates for Higher Learning 2025 is Friday, January 31, so register now.
