For years, HLC’s Leaflet newsletter has served as a bimonthly update on our policies and initiatives as well as a place to share resources for the higher ed community. Now, we’re evolving this publication to meet the moment.
In September, the News Brief will replace The Leaflet with concise, timely updates on a monthly basis — every month except January and July — to keep you connected to HLC and the broader higher ed and accreditation community. These stories will still be delivered straight to your inbox in a streamlined format for easy skimming.
Why the change?
Simply put: your time is valuable, and your need for up-to-date information has never been greater. The News Brief will deliver shorter, more focused communications each month that reflect what’s happening now and still provide valuable resources to help you in your role — from HLC policy updates, Triad news, insights from our community, promising practices and more.
In addition to shorter articles on new information that will still live on our news pages, the monthly email notification will also include quick references to updates that you may have missed and a brief rundown of upcoming HLC events.
