Dating of Policies

The effective date of any policy or policy revisions is the date on which the policy or policy revisions are adopted by the HLC Board of Trustees, unless otherwise noted by the Board in its action adopting the policy or policy revisions.

Each policy carries a date of original adoption. Policies will also be noted as revised, edited or renumbered as applicable.
