Zoom

Three live sessions will be held via Zoom. Attendees, or their institutions, are responsible for installing and configuring any software or hardware necessary to participate. Follow these steps while checking device compatibility:

  • Check the Zoom System Requirements to confirm your device can support the platform.
  • Run an Internet Speed Test on the device(s) that will be used to connect to the online meeting. Compare the results to the Zoom system requirements to ensure the internet speed matches the recommended bandwidth for meeting attendees.
  • Turn on your built-in computer camera or webcam and connect. Visit the Zoom Download Center to check if the latest version is installed or to update your Zoom application. For the best attendee experience, we recommend that you turn on your built-in computer camera or webcam and connect your audio directly through your device or with headphones.

Additional Zoom guidelines and event-specific instructions will be sent out to registered attendees closer to the event date.
