The Higher Learning Commission's Board of Trustees took the following action on January 11, 2019.

Colorado

Rocky Vista University, Reaffirmed the Board’s November 2018 approval of institution’s application for a Change of Control, Structure or Organization, wherein Medforth Global Healthcare Education Group LP, through a Securities Purchase Agreement and related entities, acquires the assets and outstanding equity interests of the institution, thereby becoming the parent corporation of the institution.
