2023–24 Federal Compliance Materials Now Available
HLC recently published the update procedure and forms for Federal Compliance Reviews taking place during the 2023–24 academic year. Institutions with scheduled reviews can use these documents to begin preparing their Federal Compliance Filing:
New for 2023–24
The Federal Compliance Overview and Filing Form were updated to reflect changes to the Recruiting, Admissions and Related Enrollment Practices policy that were adopted by HLC’s Board of Trustees in February 2023. The revisions clarify HLC’s expectations and specify that the policy applies to all aspects of an institution’s enrollment process, including financial aid.
In addition, HLC clarified its instructions for various Federal Compliance requirements, including those related to publication of student outcome data and standing with state and other accreditors.
