| Base Fee |
The base fee is set by HLC. For FY 2015 - 2016, the fee for Focused and Advisory Visits is $3,100. Contact the staff liaison to discuss other visits. Refer to the HLC's current Dues & Fees for official information. |

Enter the number of reviewers who will visit the institution. This information is found on the Evaluation Summary Sheet (ESS). To estimate this number, base it on the last visit or contact a staff liaison for assistance. |

Enter 2 for Focused or Advisory visits. |

Enter the estimated total travel costs per peer
reviewer, including mileage, airfare, taxi/shuttle, etc. |
