The Strategy Forum is central to the AQIP Pathway because it brings together teams from other AQIP colleges and universities in a supportive workshop environment to generate new strategies and tactics for institutional improvement. The Forum also provides opportunities for institutional teams to give and receive constructive feedback on their quality systems as well as input on specific projects that may evolve into formal AQIP Action Projects. Whether institutions are new to AQIP or experienced program participants, the institutions at Strategy Forums all share a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Commission staff and experienced facilitators are also available to assist the institutions throughout the workshop.
